These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AutoRedes website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you fully agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AutoRedes is a web application that allows users to connect their TikTok account, upload videos, add captions and hashtags, and publish content on TikTok with the user's explicit authorization.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts and TikTok Authorization

To use the Service, you must authenticate through TikTok's official OAuth process. You grant AutoRedes permission to access and publish content on your behalf only within the permissions you explicitly authorize.

You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service in compliance with these Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines
• Publish only content that you own or have authorization to use
• Do not use the Service for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities

You are solely responsible for the content published through your TikTok account.

5. Content Publishing

AutoRedes does not publish content without explicit user action. All uploads and publications must be initiated and confirmed manually by the user.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data or store TikTok credentials beyond what is strictly necessary for the secure operation of the Service.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoRedes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a violation of these Terms or when required by law or TikTok policies.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
